What is provided by TFA?
TFA will provide the helmet, white practice pants, blue game pants, and one set of pads (tail, hip, thigh, knee). The equipment is handed out during the July and August equipment handouts.
Players must be present and have their helmet fit by the TFA.
Players are to provide mouthguard, shoulder pads, practice jersey, athletic cup/supporter (optional) and cleats.
Shoes. Only molded, one piece cleats, rubber removable cleats or rubber plastic coated metal spikes are allowed. Players will not be allowed to participate with shoes that have exposed metal.
Shoulder pads. TFA will have a certified sholuder fitter at each of the three official handouts. If you need shoulder pads or unsure if the ones the player currently has are safe for the upcoming season, please bring them in for fitting check. NO HOCKEY SHOULDER PADS.
3RD - 5TH GRADERS. A $100 deposit must be presented when the equipment is handed out. Please make the check out to TFA. The check will not be cashed unless the equipment is not returned by November 6, 2010.
6TH - 8TH GRADERS. A $200 deposit (equipment and volunteer) must be presented when the equipment is handed out. Please make the check out to TFA. The check will not be cashed unless the equipment is not returned by November 6, 2010.
