We are a volunteer run organization.  We need your help !! 

VOLUNTEER POLICY

• All TFA Families with players in Grades 3-8 will be required to volunteer =  1 Volunteer Shift per Player.
• A $200 deposit check will be collected at Equipment Hand Out Night to ensure that your volunteer obligation is met for the football season.  
• No persons under age 18 are allowed to perform a volunteer shift without his/ her parent/guardian ALSO volunteering at the same event during the same time slot. 

There are many opportunities to work your volunteer shift that will be sent out via email with a Sign Up Genius from Tonka Football Association and links to sign up will also be posted on this page.   Equipment hand out nights, picture/weigh in night, varsity football game concessions, equipment turn in nights or other TONKA FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION (grades 2-8) events are examples of typical opportunities.  

•Volunteering for other organizations does NOT qualify as your TFA Volunteer Shift unless specifically pre-authorized by TFA Board Member or Volunteer Coordinator.  Similarly,  helping your player(s) team at his/ her team games - chains, play counter,  etc- is ALWAYS appreciated  but does NOT qualify as your TFA Volunteer Shift. 

•LMAA Rostered Head Coaches, LMAA Rostered Assistant Coaches are exempt from this requirement. A Team Manager with multiple players in TFA can use that role as one qualifying shift.

1)  18 VOLUNTEERS PER SHIFT.
2)  NO ONE UNDER 16 CAN BE IN CONCESSION STAND and no one under 18 can volunteer.
3)  SHIFTS:
        SHIFT 1: 5:30 PM - halftime (7:45+/-)
        SHIFT 2: 7:30- CLOSE (9:45pm +/-)

4) VOLUNTEERS DO NOT PAY - PLEASE ENTER THROUGH THE PAGEL ENTRANCE.
